Job Title 1: Frontend Developer
Looking for a seasoned Front-End Developer to enhance our IT team. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to understand their needs and craft software solutions that streamline and improve our operations.

  • Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and other technologies.
  • Participate in all software development lifecycle phases: requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Write and review code to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

  • Create and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop OTBI and BIP reports, and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversions.
  • Customize Oracle HCM Cloud application pages and perform data migrations.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead testing efforts, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and industry best practices.
  • Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field..
  • 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer, with at least 3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc.).
  • 8+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
  • 2-5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and report development (OTBI, BIP).
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM application customization, data conversion, and integration.
  • Previous consulting experience with an SI organization is preferred.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of quarterly updates and their impact on business processes.
